The commercial team of Alquermes Mexico visited Moscow (Russia) in June 2018, to make a first contact with the Russian market. During the visit, the commercial team made the company and its products’ introduction. Alquerplus Doxycycline 15% and Aldox products were specifically presented, explaining their functions in birds and pigs.

ANTIBIOTICS OF ALQUERMES MEXICO

Alquerplus Doxycycline 15% was presented as a broad spectrum antibacterial antibiotic recommended for the treatment of respiratory and digestive infections in birds (CRD, colibacillosis, mycoplasmosis, coryza, omphalitis, staphylococcus and pasteurellosis) and pigs (actinobacillosis, arthritis, nephritis), pneumonia and diarrhea). It acts against bacteria such as Pasteurella, Salmonella, Streptococcus, Mycoplasma, Actinobacillus, Corynebacterium, E. coli, Staphylococcus, Clostridium, Chlamydia and Listeria; also protozoa such as Giardia, among others.

During the sessions Aldox was also presented, an antibiotic based on doxycycline with a high percentage of active principle and great stability. It is used in fattening birds and pigs.
